Walk In visits are welcome Monday-Friday.  Walk-Ins check in at 8am and 1:30pm each day.

  • Monday            8AM -    7PM                                    Closed for lunch daily from 12-1:30pm

  • Tuesday           8AM - 4PM

  • Wednesday      8AM - 4PM

  • Thursday          8AM -    7PM  every other week

  • Friday              8AM - 12PM

  • Saturday          8AM - 11am weight appointments
